Staff already use public tools
Someone pastes a contract into a chat window to get a summary. It works, it saves time – and nobody can say where that text ended up.
Run AI on your own server in Luxembourg or in a regional data centre, connect it to your documents and processes, and get the benefits without handing data to a public cloud.
Tell us briefly what you have in mind. We reply within one working day.
Public AI tools make that guarantee impossible. So most SMEs either wait or let staff improvise.

Professional secrecy, contractual confidentiality, GDPR. All of them assume you can name the place where the data is processed.
Everyone agrees AI could help with documents. Without a safe place to run it, no project gets past the discussion stage.
Private AI means the language model runs on hardware you control – in your own office or in a data centre you have a contract with.
Your documents are indexed there and stay there. Nothing is sent to a public service and nothing is used to train someone else's model.
You decide who may ask what, and every access is logged – the same way you already handle your file server.
Each one is a draft for a person to check, not a decision made by a machine.
Contracts, reports and annual accounts are read end to end and unusual items are flagged for a closer look.
Result: you read the three pages that matterLong documents come back as a short summary with links to the exact passages.
Result: faster decisionsIncoming mail is sorted by topic and urgency and assigned to the right person.
Result: nothing sits in a shared inboxProcedures, circulars and past projects become searchable in plain language.
Result: answers in secondsRecurring questions get a first draft based on your own documents; your team edits and sends.
Result: less typing, same toneAmounts, dates, references and counterparties are read out of PDFs and handed to your system.
Result: fewer manual entriesThree steps in this order. Skipping the first two is the most common reason AI projects disappoint.
Decide who owns the data, where it lives and who may access what.
Remove what may go, merge duplicates, mark what is confidential.
Start with the one task that costs the most time today.
Both keep the data under your control.
A compact AI server in your own server room.
Operated in a data centre in the Greater Region.
Which one is cheaper depends on the number of users, the volume of documents and the hardware you already have. We work that out in the check – with no pressure to buy.
The difference to a public service in one picture: your documents stay inside your boundary.
There is no outbound connection that somebody could switch on by accident.
Most SMEs in Luxembourg have no one who can look after an AI server on the side. So the split is clear from the start.
If you would rather run the server yourself, that works too – we document it so your own IT can take over.
If you do not want your own hardware, the system runs in our data centre in the Greater Region – about two hours from Luxembourg City, not in another jurisdiction.
Whether your own server or the data centre pays off depends on how many people use it. We work that out in the check.
Whether a language model belongs in your own building is decided by your rooms and your connection, not by a data sheet. We look at where a machine could stand, what your line can carry and who is meant to operate it day to day.
The walk-through turns into a recommendation with two figures: what the purchase costs and what running it costs per month. If your own server does not pay off at your size, we say so and point to the data centre.
No scare tactics – this is the list we go through with every company, so you can check it against your own records.
Under the EU AI Act the use cases described here normally count as limited-risk systems. The classification still belongs in your records.
Ten questions about order, data and AI. You see a traffic-light result immediately and receive a PDF by email – including a note on whether an SME Package could apply.
If you are an SME based in Luxembourg, the SME Packages may apply. You pay your own share, the state pays the rest as a grant – up to €17,500 per project. We tell you whether your project fits before you get a quote.
The same terms apply to all of them: a 70 % grant on project costs between €3,000 and €25,000 net.
For the Cybersecurity package, Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity is involved as well.
Two further packages exist: SME Packages – Service, SME Packages – Sustainability. They apply to projects that fit none of the three above.
Nothing above €25,000 net is funded; the grant stops at €17,500.
This is not a commitment. The administration decides on the application, not we. What we do is prepare the project and the documentation so that it can be assessed.
Where the use cases match your daily work.
An AI server is only as safe as the network around it. We check these in the same visit.

A quote follows the free check. Nothing before that commits you.

We do not only advise on AI – we run the systems we install.
Partner logos are only shown once we have the vendors' original files.

In the first call I look at how you work, not at your hardware. If private AI would not pay off for you yet, I will say so and tell you what the sensible next step is.
The Private AI check is free and tells you whether to start with order, with data or with a first AI use case.
Tell us what you would like to achieve. If private AI is not the right answer for you, we will say so.
Three details are enough.
